When will my order ship?
Thank you for choosing to shop small! :)
All my shop items are made to order. Once purchased your item goes straight into the making process. Please allow around a 1-2 weeks for your item to be made, packaged and shipped. (Most of the time with my phone cases the window is quicker!)
This business is solely run by me, Selina :) I am doing my best to make sure your item(s) are getting out as soon as possible!
What if I have an issue with my order?
If you happen to have a damaged/printing error or flawed phone case PLEASE CONTACT ME!! The fastest way for me to help you is via etsy private message! Please provide pictures to speed up the process. :)
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
